What is Contact2Close™?
It’s a phone application for real estate professionals that want to organize their business and obtain free leads
- What is the difference between Contact2Close™ and Search2Sold™?
Contact2Close™ is primarily an organizational tool for real estate agents. Search2Sold™ is primarily a tool for Buyers or Sellers of real estate throughout the United States who wish to enhance their transaction experience.
- Will this app be available for Android phones?
Yes. While it is currently unavailable, it is in the process of being developed and will be available soon.
- How do I sign up for leads?
If you are a licensed real estate agent or broker, you must download the referral contract and have you and your Broker sign it plus send us a copy of your current Real estate license and E&O insurance to Leads@myrealestateapp.com Once this is received and reviewed you will hear from us.
- How does the lead system work?
Once a consumer asks the app to connect him/her to an agent, an Available Lead Message will be generated by the app to the next 3 agents in that zip code. The first agent to respond will get that lead.
We encourage a response within the first 15 minutes. Agents within any zip code are selected strictly
on a rotational basis.
- How much does it cost?
Contact2Close™ costs a one time price of $20. This includes all upgrades to the application.
Search2Sold™ is free for consumers who also will receive free updates.
- Does the app cover commercial real estate?
At this time, it does not cover commercial real estate. However, we plan to release a commercial version of this application in the near future.
- What happens if I lose my phone?
We have an optional backup feature for Contact2Close™, available for as low as $2 a month. Also, if you forgot to sign up for this feature, we have an emergency restore available for $149.
- How frequently is the property search updated?
The properties are updated nightly.
